BECOME A VENDOR
Join hundreds of vendors from across the Midwest at Indy Card Con, May 1st–2nd, 2027, at the Indiana Convention Center.
Vendor tables are available in three pricing tiers based on their general location within the show floor. All table fees listed below include BOTH Saturday and Sunday dates for the event.
VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS
TIER 1 — $120 per table
Located in the outer sections and perimeter areas of the show floor (Blue Sections).
TIER 2 — $170 per table
Located between the outer sections and the central show floor (Orange Sections).
TIER 3 — $220 per table
Located within the central section nearest the main entrance (Pink Sections).

The floor plan below is provided as a general reference to show the approximate location of each vendor tier in relation to the main entrance.
This is not the final event floor plan. Vendors are purchasing a table within their selected tier, not a specific table location. Final table assignments will be completed within 30 days of the show, and vendors will be notified when assignments are available.

Every registered vendor will receive a unique referral link to share with guests, collectors, and other vendors.
Qualifying ticket and vendor-table purchases made through your link will earn referral commissions, helping you offset, or even completely cover, the cost of your tables. Complete program details can be found on our Affiliates page.
IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION
Vendor registration is valid for the full two-day event. Vendors are expected to remain set up and open during all published show hours.
Table locations are assigned by Indy Card Con within the tier purchased. Specific table numbers and neighboring vendors cannot be guaranteed.
All vendor-table sales are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
